Patient connectivity and engagement with family and friends is a critical component of our treatment plans. Family and friends play an important role in assisting patients to not only engage socially, but also begin the process of future planning.

Arcadia is located at 4 Daydream Street Warriewood on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
Free underground parking is available to patients and visitors directly underneath the hospital accessible from Daydream St directly underneath the hospital. Nearby kerb side parking is also available in time restricted spaces.
Bus services dedicated to the area are accessible and convenient. Further information can be obtained at transportnsw.info. Alternatively call 131 500 or TTY 1800 637 500 for timetables. There are a variety of taxi services available. Please see our friendly reception staff.
Contacting a patient
At Arcadia, each room is equipped with individual patient phones. To contact a patient please call Reception who will transfer your phone call and provide you with their direct room number.

Visiting hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am – 8:00pm and Saturday to Sunday 9:00am – 4:00pm including Public Holidays.
Visitors are welcome and encouraged at Arcadia Pittwater. We ask visitors to check patient’s individual therapy schedules and arrange visits around these times.
Day-leave for inpatients is available with the approval of the treating rehabilitation specialist. Please inform the nursing staff when you wish to leave and return to the hospital and sign in/out with them.
Picking up a patient
Family and friends can park in the visitors parking to drop off or pick up patients and their belongings.
If a patient requires a quick drop off or pick up or requires assistance to walk to or from transport, space is available at the front of the hospital. Our concierge can assist.
Patient transport services are also available if required. Please contact Reception for more information.
In the event of difficult times, we encourage and support the need for accompanied stays for our patients. Please speak with a member of our friendly administration staff prior to admission to the hospital so we can assist.
