A welcoming environment
for family and friends

At Arcadia Pittwater we are focused on patient treatments that foster recovery.

Our holistic approach to health and well-being means we encourage patients to remobilise, re-connect and socialise. Patient connectivity and engagement with family and friends is a critical component of our treatment plans. Family and friends play an important role in assisting patients to not only engage socially, but also begin the process of future planning.

Visiting Hours

We strive for an open house feel for our patients, and our visiting hours encourage family and friends to assist in the rehabilitation of their loved ones.

Visitor Hours are formally from 9am to 8pm daily.

Our visiting hours have been structured to allow family and friends to engage with patients during lunch or dinner, or for coffee in our light filled café. Or just find a quiet spot to relax in one of our comfortable lounges, taking in the landscaped gardens and ocean views.

Accompanied Stay

In the event of difficult times, we encourage and support the need for accompanied stays. Please speak with a member of our friendly and supportive nursing team who can assist in planning your individual requirements.

The ability to engage in other supportive networks during these and other times is also available. Qualified Counsellors, Social workers and Pastoral Care can support you and your family’s holistic needs. Please consult with nursing staff if required.
